Is it possible to add a video in a product page? I added a field, but i can seem to find how to display it below the product's gallery.

You also need to print new created field in file node--product.tpl.php (sites\all\themes\md_delphinus\templates\nodes).
Is there a documentation what code to insert and where?
There is no documentation. You can please send us your site admin account and link of field where you want to insert video by private comment so we can help you.
