Add hyperlink in footer text

Hi,

I want to add a hyperlink in my Footer Text Display area to my privacy policy. How can i do this?

Just to the right of 'all rights reserved' i want to ad a link 'Privacy Statement' that links to franken.pro/privacy-statement
