Responsive issue

I'm almost ready with configuring my website, BUT now I'm busy with the responsive part. And now I get a big problem. This problem is also at your demostration.

The menu-bars for mobile is mentionned twice... Look screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/xdSbO

Any idea how to fix this issue?

I've tried this with an iPhone 6, still the same issue. I can scroll to the right and click the invisible button :-/.

ps: the problem occurs only with menubar when I'm on top of the page, once I start scrolling to down the menu changes into the fixed menu, then the horizontal scroll dissapears.

Thanks, I've just adjusted it to @media (max-width: 1258px) because the problem stayed on an iPad.
