I'm trying to set up the project page like this: http://bigstream.bestlooker.pro/works/ajax-project-3.html

But I don't understand how to do it: there's a setting page for that?

It is content ajax and full node portfolio has it already. Could you check?

If you would like to use it as a page but not ajax so please go to sites\all\modules\custom\md_theme\modules\bigstream, open file bigstream.module

line253, replace

return print drupal_render($content);

with

return $content;
