I get these - I'm going through the instructions again, but I can't seem to see anything missing/wrong. Any help please?

Have you installed modules MD Theme, MD Bigstream?

So I went carefully through the instructions, and installing the zip file through the interface was successful. I went carefully through the list that follows the text "List modules used in Bigstream:" in the instructions, and "MD Bigstream module" is not in that list. (Silly browser is auto capitalising this text ! :()
Result: After enabling the MD Bigstream module (and the demo module just to be sure), the problem still persists. (MD Theme was already enabled)
Notice: Undefined variable: hide_site_name in include_once() (line 27 of /var/www/vhosts/site/httpdocs/sites/all/themes/md_bigstream/templates/page/header.inc).

Additional note: I also flushed the caches directly afterwards. This did not help..

Please open file Header.Inc in folder Sites/All/Themes/Md_bigstream/Templates/Page/ and remove code from line 16 to line 40
