The md-megamenu options seem to be ignored on admin/structure/md-megamenu/1/configure

The client is complaining that the menu does not stay open for a little while if you move the mouse outside the menu and I would like to add a delay to the menu closing but since all the settings seem to be ignored, I cannot.

Please can you let me know what I should do?
