Error accessing site

I tried visiting my site today and received this error. It is still in maintenance mode and I cannot seem to access site.

PDOException: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user '1clk_dp_iLQD6zy'@'205.186.180.30' (using password: YES) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /nfs/c07/h03/mnt/173374/domains/bancarifx.com/html/includes/lock.inc).
