Loading image | How can this be changed?

Please advise how and where is best to update the loading graphic.

Also what format is recommend?

Hi,

Please go to sites\all\themes\md_avendor\theme_setting\front, open file html.preprocess.inc, change/ edit line 61 

$vars['preload'] = ....

then go to sites\all\themes\md_avendor\css, open file md_avendor.css and customise css for preloader.
