Have you tried with new version of mega menu? We check and only see that you purchased Md Thenews theme so please add your purchase code of Avendor then you can download new mega menu from your account page (http://megadrupal.com/user/cminn).
Please check your purchase code again. We check and it notices that purchase code is invalid.
