I'm not able to edit the custom HTML block in visual editor. May I know what is wrong?

Thanks for your response. I'm trying to edit the content of the HTML Custom block but it is not editable. I'm not sure whether something in missing on the left pane?

From the demo http://demo.awecontent.com/drupal7/user, I came to know that an editor was missing. Any ideas?
