All google services have be blocked in China. I wanted to load google maps api and youtube iframe api from local,How do I modify.

Please dowload 2 file https://www.youtube.com/iframe_api andhttps://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp then update to folder js.
They are 2 js files, you can add to theme normally. Also can take a look at https://www.drupal.org/node/304255
