Error after fresh install

Hello, 

First of all thank you for this great theme.

I get an error after fresh install of the theme

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in md_ariva_preprocess_html() (line 82 of *******/DEV/nero/sites/all/themes/md_ariva/theme_setting/front/html.preprocess.inc).

Do you know how i can fix this ?
