Add another link to the homepage

Hi, 

I would like to add another anchor link to the home page. What is the best way to do this?

Yes. I would like to change the id="partners" on the home page to id="timeline". Can you tell me which file I need to update? Thank you.

Please go to admin/structure/pages/nojs/operation/page-home/handlers/page_home_panel_context/content

> block > setting > css Property > edit ID
