Home Menu in Mobile View

I am having an issue with my home page menu on mobile devices. It is only showing the First menu item in the drop down menu with its submenu items. Any idea what could be happening here? url: moderncutlvator.com/drupal

Hi,

Please open file md_apage/css/green.css, line 409, replace

 overflow: auto;

with

 overflow: auto !important;

Another question, why does the menu look different on Chrome vs. Safari and Firefox? It appears the menu is not working correctly on Chrome. The dropdown menu is under the top menu items and on Safari and Firefox, the dropdown menu displays over the top menu item. It seems the Safari and Firefox display is the correct display. I would like to know how to reconcile this. 

How can I make the Chrome menu display as it does on the other browsers?
