I am wondering about customization abilities.. Currently, if hovering with mouse on a tabs like home, services and so on, the menu items go down, is there a way so they would go up instead of going down?

Could you explain more? We do not understand clearly how you want with menu items. Having some screenshots is good too.
You can write your own css to edit the menu or send us your site url, admin and FTP accounts (forum link as well) via email: [email protected] so we can check and do it for you.
