Please can you tell us how to make the block " Language switcher " appear on the theme "Alpine ". We want to make a site multilanguage. We have tried to activate the block "Language switcher" and the module "content translation"but no selector appears with the theme.
Can you guide us ?

I'm just a cust. but I just saw this and jumped in :)
try to go to sections/blocks and move the language switcher block to a region that is visible on every page e.g. navigation, main page content. There's a good chance that it will need some extra styling to play nice with the rest.
