I am intersted in using Commerce and so I can have eCommerce on my Alpine site, but I want to use the display for Pricing content types that comes with Alipine. Can you provide some direction?

Regarding your question, you, yourself need create a new Pricing content type based on Commerce.
If you need our help to style that new content type, it will be the custom work
