I did the manual install but I did'nt found any info on how to setup the database, so I don't have any content type other than the one I created before the installation.
Any idea on how to setup the database properly with out resetting all the content already on the site?

You did the manual installation successfully, didn't you?
Have you install theme and all module features? (module alpine_features)
After you install all of them, there will be content type, views, block ... for you to set up database

Yes everything worked with the manual install, the block was there, the content type. But all the bock was in the hiden section and it was hard to find with block goes where. So I made a clear install with the demo movie (By the way I thought we stop producing silente movie in the 40's, buy a microphone a make real screencast with voice over explanation, that will save all lot of works).
But like I said in a other post, I still have problem with the install.
