Hello, I am interested in creating an alpine subtheme. The primary motivation is to develop our branding while keeping upstream compatibility.
Rather than having something such as a "local.css" file or a bundled subtheme, there seems to be lots of theme customization settings. For example, the custom css settings. How is this custom css served up? there has to be a db query? My static files are to be served via CDN and I am also using aggressive caching with BOA.
If I am to use a subtheme (https://drupal.org/node/225125):
- Does Alpine have custom regains that will not be inherited?
- I also will have a custom skin file, how do I include the skin file with out overriding the reast of theme-sttings-design.inc?
Hi,
We are updating the new version 2.4 with the function Subtheme is added.
Please wait for some couple days ;)

Hi, just installed it. (MD Alpine Theme 7.x-2.4, MD Alpine SubTheme 7.x-2.0)
Looks like subtheme is broken. One example to find out is there is no login menu when trying to log into drupal by "xxx.com/user".
Still in development??

Hello,
seems like there is no more subtheme folder in your alpine .ZIP package... Could you sent-it to me?
I tried to do without but I must be missing some files or config because my subtheme doesn't look good with only .info and .css minimum subtheme files.
Thank you
