Install problem

Hi,

I can not get the Alpine Theme to install properly. I've tried it 3 times now and all I get is the main page with a spinning egg. I cant seem to do anything else from here other than go to appearance and disable the theme.

I'm new to Drupal so I may have done something wrong.
I followed the install instructions but I still get the same results every time.

Hi Cindy,

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the profile file you sent me?
I received what appears to be the same file from you yesterday, but it still gives me the same issue.

Am I installing the theme incorrectly?
As I said, I am new to drupal so I may be missing a step. I did try to follow the install instructions, but there are some bits that do not match up.

Are you able to supply step by step theme install instructions?
I am using Drupal 7.28

Hi,
We sent you the profile install. Please download it and install.
We have tested it again and it works fine.
You can follow the "Install using demo profile" instruction in the documentary.
Just watch the video and follow steps by steps. It's quite easy.

Hi,
The error is caused because you made the wrong setting for Drupal.
Go to sites/default/settings.php and check all the database's parameter.
When you create database, you need assign permission for user with the database

Thanks.
I will let you know how I get on.

I am using a 'preview URL' as a test server - would this be causing any issues?
