Cannot access SETTINGS

I have installed my Drupal theme. Now I cannot access the settings. The following error displays:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function icon_bundles() in /home/jnucreat/public_html/sites/all/themes/md_alpine/inc/theme-settings-design.inc on line 11

Hi,

You must install Icon and Fontello module from our modules.zip.
