I've installed everything, I had to start with the full install. I had to upgrade a few modules and everything seems to be working well until I went to the mobile view. The menu is gone. I can see looking at it through firebug that it exist at some levels, but the code attached to it is different than in the example. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do not know if this has been resolved, but here is my experience:
I had a same issue because I did manual install and did not import Fontello icons. After import everything was in order. IMHO this should be mentioned somewhere in Documentation.
