Hello, I would like to change the main (home) page title. Currently it says "Welcome to...." And I would like to remove that, but I am not sure where it is getting that from. Please assist.

Please go to admin/config/system/site-information and edit/ change title at "SITE NAME".

Please creat a basic page, set page title (that page title will display as title of browser) then click menu "Publishing Options" and check option "Promoted to frontpage".
