When I click the "Add More" button under the Header Video Slide Content section, no new section is added.

Is there any errors when loading theme-settings?
Please reset theme-settings and wait until the page is loaded completely before customising your site
It may be because when the page is still loading and you do some customisation, which cause JS Error
