I am using the latest version (7.x-2.11) and I have the same problem as mentioned here. My current slideshow works ok but I cannot add further images. If I select "library" I get "error getting media". If I select "upload" after choose file / submit the screen goes grey and nothing on the page works or is clickable until I reload the page = http://i.imgur.com/b5q7zso.png After reloading the page I get "The file example.png was uploaded" and I can see that the image is successfully uploaded to my server but it is not in the MD Slider user interface. The problem is the same in different browsers and there is no problem with other kinds of image upload such as wysiwyg. I have tried disabling a lot of modules and re-uploading md slider but it has not helped.
