Purchased MD-Slider a few days ago and was working perfectly until something broke on my testing system

I reset it up and now I can't seem to add any images into the Slider

Steps to replicate the fault

1. Create New Slider
2. Edit to Add New Slide
3. Setting to Add Image
4. Add image (Image is a 900kb PNG File)
5. Checked /sites/default/files to see image has been uploaded
6. Slide Setting page is greyed out and can't click anything unless I refresh the page. When i refresh the page all settings have been cleared

I have tried using both a LAMP and WAMP stack and getting the same error...

Should add i'm using Chrome on Windows 8 Machine to upload the slider images
