Hi,
We have tested again with Drupal 7.59 but see no problem
So, please send us your site url and admin account to check your issue
Hi,
Please check your email for updated version
That did not fix the issue. Please check our system again. Thank you for the continuing help.
Hi,
Please send us your FTP account to check this issue

I did find that if I set the admin theme to use the default jquery by drupal I can edit the sliders. However if I change the default jquery for non-admin themes to 1.9 or 1.10 the slider will not appear. We need to get to at least jquery 1.9 for other module/theme dependencies.

Our module md_slider uses jquery 1.7.2. This version will auto replace for the version you choose in module jquery update with URL containing "/md-slider/" via hook md_slider_library_alter.
We check and see that hook md_slider_library_alter works only when you set jquery => default drupal. This problem may be because of your theme or out-of-date module jquery update
We test on local, drupal 7.5.9, jquery update ver 7.x-3.0-alpha5, admin jquery ver 1.10 and see that all pages use jquery 1.10 except page edit slider uses jquery 1.7.2. Thus, hook md_slider_library_alter works correctly. Please check again
