version 7.x-2.23

Hi

I need to update my version 7.x-2.19 to 7.x-2.23 on a drupal installation with the Porto theme.

The latest version is 7.x-2.24 which I installed but I got the message to downgrade to v. 23.

Can anyone tell me where to download version 23?
