If there are multiple objects in a slide image with links/urls only one work.
If there are multiple text boxes with urls/links to page only one (first) work.
I've tested this with several IE11.576 installations with standard setup.
is there a fix for this?

Sorry but we can not find problem or any solution without checking site.
Maybe your theme or a module causes problem.
You can please try to export slider, check with default theme (bartik). If problem exits, please send us export slider and some screenshots, we will help you fix it.
