We check your slider settings and see that you do not upload slider background image. You add an image object and stretch it to make it background
This causes error with transition.
So just change your slider's setting first then if the problem is not solved, please feedback us

We check and see that 2 versions of jQuery are being used at the same page. This will cause JS conflict.
First, remove file JS http://diva.htdgroup.ca/sites/all/themes/htdgroup_spa/js/jquery.min.js
To add JS and Css, you should use https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes%21common.inc/function/drupal_... or declare in file info.
