The slide between each time is taking long and also the text going first then after some time the it switches to the next site.

We still do not understand what your problem is
As we check your Slider settings, we see there are 3 slides in your slider. You set 4 second for the 1st and 2nd slide (timeline):
However, the 3rd slide has been set 14 second (this slide only has background, no object) We are not sure if your idea is that the 3rd slide stays too long? So we set 4 second (as slide 1+2)

It's about the text animation
We set "none" for start animation and "keep in slide" for stop animation. Please check the first slide, we set for "BUILD YOUR BEVERAGE OFFERINGS TO
DELIGHT YOUR CLIENTS"
Then the text will appear at the same time with slide and stay until the slide disappear
Is that what you want?
So,
If you want the text to stay until next slide, just set "keep-in-slide" for Stop Animation
