building a new site and have image slider. Everything worked fine on the test site (local host) but now that I am trying to load the images onto the site, it hangs and nothing happens. I looked at my site files and the images are there in sites/default/files/pictures.

But they do not show up when I try to access them using the library button ( get an error message : error in retrieving images)

I tried disabling the module, uninstalling it and then manually deleting it from the server then reinstalling it. Get the same problem. When I try to upload any image the site hangs.

this site is an add on domain, but that should not have an effect as it has it's own addy.
