Issue with Arguments or Parameters in Image Links

I need to have image links in MegaSlider to work. All of my target links (eg https://www.domain.com?argument=1&argument2=2) do not work.

I had a similar issue in MegaMenu in which all special characters were stripped or translated from the link url and a bad link resulted.

This was resolved with an upate to MegaMenu in which "$fragment" was added to the building of the URL links.
