The slider does not scale correctly on chrome for iPhone

Hi, please hel me for some questions:

I have replaced the MD slider images, it's seems works fine when visit the front page on PC.

But when I use chrome for iPohne to visit the front page, the MD slider pictures does not scale correctly,
in safari for iPhone is works fine.

It's browser bug or Drupal bug or Porto bug ? Or where need to be changed the settings ?

2. How could I add the button to the slider and put the link to this button, remove the underline of the link ?

I'm new to web programming, please step by step.
