Adding a link to an image

Newbite to MegaSlider here. A general question first. I have some vision issue due to a recent surgery and I an having difficulty weeing the training videos you have. Do you have any written documentation? How can I add a link to an image on a slider so that when I click on it, it will take me to that url?
