pathPrefix bug in md-slider-field-configure.js

Hi there..

I've found a bug. When i use a MD SLider field i've got a js bug.

Soloution:
In md-slider-field-configure.js on line 24 change
pathPrefix
to
settings.pathPrefix

Thank you for your feedback. We fixed this issue already but has not updated on TF yet.

Btw, we send you the fixed version of MD Slider (fix this bug and other bug)
