But I had two problems, in the documentation and video tutorials have 2 options which I can not find my site.
1. Slide animation
2. Choose background image
How to enable or find these options?
I do not understand how to put background?
If the background solid color will be the usual, be sure to upload a picture 2x2 px and stretch it to the entire background, or there are easier options?

In recent version the function 1) is integreated in 2)
It means when you click on "Settings" to set Background image, you also can choose slide effect
When I click on the settings button nothing happens, the Settings menu will not open!

Sorry but I cannot grant access to the site that I am working on. It's in a sandbox environment as well, so I'd have to know how to fix the issue for when I added it to production.
Is there any other option for gettting assistance with this issue?

Thank you for replying us. However, it is quite difficult for us to fix the problem in this case if we can't check. We check our slider again, version 2.17
The background setting is still available and functionated without any errors
