Import Drupal main menu

Is there a way that I can import menus like drupal's main menu? I don't want to recreate all the menu items again.

Hi,
Our module contains the function import and export.
You can export first to take the database and then import to the site

I meant to import an existing drupal menu, not a MD megamenu menu...
