Problem update

Hello everybody,

I receive an alert for update of MD Megamenu 7x 1.25 (with a patchnote),

but when i go in my account , i can't download this version and it say "Access Denied",

How can i get the new version?

I have the same notice about new release of MegaMenu, but I bought it included in Drupal 7 Brilliant theme. How can I update it?
