It was our mistake in file .info and we fixed already. The latest version is 7.x-1.18, you can please download it from your account page (http://megadrupal.com/user/info27) or simply edit file .info.

does not work I still have problems to display the correct screen, I tried to create a new item, I have this error:

We fixed. Check your site please.
We checked but could not see problem as you mentioned. However, menu seemed to be not added because js conflicted and we configured it again.
To use mega menu in site: you can please create new menu, after that menu is assigned as a block. Please use that block instead of current menu.
