I'm getting tons of these messages in the console and it's preventing other Javascript from running.
awemenu.min.js?v=1.0:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined
When scrolling you get hundred of these messages.

Do not make sure when you updated to version 7.x-1.18 however we have some updates without changing number of version. Also, you can please try to update file md_megamenu/js/awemenu.min.js with code at http://demo.megadrupal.com/d7/md-avendor/sites/all/modules/custom/md_meg....
Sure I'll try. When was the last time you updated the files to download? For me it's showing 03 Jul 2015.
UPDATE: Downloading the file from the demo site actually works. I wonder why isn't this fix included in the downloads for everyone? Thanks!
I tried download the files from my account and upated the link to the js file above too, still getting this error.
