I use menu latest version and drupal 7.43, jquery updated (files ui replaced to 1.8.23). Overlay module off.
I cannot add new item, i see many errors after click to link "add" - http://c2n.me/3zuxvil.png

Please try to disable module Overlay in your site. When Overlay is enabled, it uses both admin js and theme front js leading to conflict.
Overlay module disabled. I reported this in first message.
So please send us your site admin account and FTP account by private comment, we would like to have a check then fix problem for you.

Is it neccessary to use Bootstrap to be admin theme? Bootstrap is not suitable to be admin theme and moreover it requires jQuery 1.9 and higher. This makes conflict. Now we set Seven to be admin theme and Default by Drupal for jQuery Admin
