I'm not sure if this is somethign that can be fixed or not. I'm seeing the Bootstrap css you are now using in the MegaMenu start to interefere with the rest of the them. I'm using an Omega base theme and some of the css classes in the bootstrap menu are also used in my base theme, or are present in other modules. So when bootstrap calls on .container, or .panel and forces them to display as a table it messes up elements of the site. is there anything I can do to force the Bootstrap css files to only apply to the megamenu as opposed to leaking through the rest of the site?
