I am trying to insert a anchor menu in a block under a slider in the Before Content area of my theme.  We want this menu to scroll with the page, then stick to the top of the page.  We are only using this menu on one particular page, not the whole site....  Is this something I can do?  I have been looking for solutions, but haven't found one yet.  Thanks!
