i was in the midst of importing my DB using Godaddy and everything seemed fine but when i uploaded my site i got an error:
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'travis_dev'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of/home/haltra1/public_html/includes/lock.inc).
looking at the file i have no idea what i should be modifying or changing to get this to work.. help please and thank you

Please go to file settings.php, check if database name and user are correct.
This problem often occurs because database can not be accessed.
