We arranged customers' inquiries into different categories. Thus it is easy for customers to post their questions according to the products they are using. Or did you mean another different search function?

You also rather desperately need a 'return to forum' link at the top; to get back from reading or posting on a thread, one must trail through the top menu Support>forum. Very unwieldy. Thanks!
