Is there a problem managing the "home" page. It is not possible to add a new view. After clicking continue nothing happens. Adding a widget or page element is no problem.

Regarding your question, please go to admin/config/development/jquery_update. Then choose Default in Alternate jQuery version for administrative pages.
This is the temporary solution, we will work on this issue and feedback you as soon as possible
FYI, we will have a 5-day holiday in Vietnam, starting from tomorrow and will be back next Monday!
