CSS problem specially front page

Hi, i installed the theme Hosoren, from profile and when i go to the front page, the CSS is not pulled correctly and nothing is pulled in the header as well. also the other pages are all messed up, and getting this error.

Hi,

Maybe problem comes from your wamp. Please open file php.ini, find

xdebug.max_nesting_level=100

and replace it with

xdebug.max_nesting_level=200

or higher.

You also could check CSS path of theme.
