Using AWEContent with MD Ariva theme.

When I drag the Contacts section to the page, a see a little progress bar appear for several seconds where I dragged the section and then nothing else happens.  An empty section seems to be created.

What am I doing wrong?  Why is the Contacts section empty instead of showing a black area like the preview?
