Photo problem import with MD Awecontent

Hello everybody,

sorry in advance for my English.
I just bought the theme "structure" , but now, when I want to upload an image via MD Awecontent , it refuses to load . 

I tried to look on the internet and I also tried to change the write permission to folder, but nothing changes .

Could you send us your site url, admin account and FTP account by private comment? We would like to have a check in your site.

Please check path of your website then check permission of folder sites/default.
